Members of the association

Both enterprises and individuals can become a member of the Association Bioeconomy Cluster.

Membership rules

Both enterprises and individuals can become a member of the Association  Bioeconomy Cluster.

1. The members of the Association are divided into:
– ordinary members
– supporting members.

2. An ordinary member of the Association may be a natural person with Polish citizenship or a foreigner not residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland who:
– present recommendations of at least 2 ordinary members of the Association,
– has full legal capacity,
– enjoys full public rights,
– identifies with the statutory goals of the Association,
– submits a membership declaration.

3. New members are admitted by the Management Board in a resolution adopted no later than within two months from the date of submission of the declaration.

4. Ordinary members have the right:
a. passive and active participation in elections to the Association’s authorities,
b. use the achievements and all forms of activities of the Association,
c. participation in meetings organized by Associations,
d. submitting proposals regarding the activities of the Association.

5. An ordinary member of the Association is obliged to:
1) actively participate in the work of the Association and contribute to the achievement of its statutory goals,
2) compliance with the provisions of the Statute and resolutions of the Association’s authorities,
3) regular and timely payment of membership fees.

6. A legal person interested in the activities of the Association who has declared financial or material assistance to it may become a Supporting Member. A legal person operates in the Association through its representative.

7. A Supporting Member is obliged to declare financial assistance to achieve the Association’s goals or propose another form of support, for evaluation by the Association’s Management Board.

8. The decision to accept a Supporting Member is made by the Association’s Management Board.

9. A supporting member has the right to take part in the work of the Association and submit proposals and demands to the Association’s authorities regarding the tasks undertaken by the Association.

10. A supporting member does not have passive or active electoral rights to the Association’s authorities.

11. A supporting member is obliged to fulfill the declared benefits and comply with the statute and bodies of the Association.
